It follows the building of an exhibition to analyse the production of the art world from the interactivity of objects and embodied practices. 

This is a selection of work from a filmmaking and photography-as-research PhD project which studies an arts centre, Bluecoat (Liverpool, UK). 

Decentring organisational structures as the key to social sciences’ understanding of the arts, it begins instead from the everyday interactions that animate the site: from the gallery technicians to the curators to the visiting public.
